If you keep track of who you talk to and have your paperwork for the transaction, you should be good. As far as warranty stuff goes, I have never had to claim warranty with any of the parts I have bought. Have bought many used parts from them very good to deal with.have never had a problem with parts so don't know about warranty.recently needed radiator they had one in Nebraska I called said ship it to wisconsin store I'll pick it up and exchange core.rad got damaged in route they called said they would send it for repair all fixed and one year warranty on unit. JD wanted $1150 for a new one, they shipped one to me in great shape for $300. I've never got anything that big from them, but until recently I have had a hard time with them returning phone calls when they went to "look for stuff".
